Criteria
First Phase adopts a rigorous and hands on approach in targeting niche, undervalued opportunities for Investment Partners.
Through working closely with its Investment Partners, First Phase has an excellent understanding of the types of projects which are attractive to funders and likely to qualify for funding.
The emphasis is on maximising returns for its Investment Partners by working consultatively with the Developer of the project through each stage of the development cycle.
We are distinctive in having "full life cycle" development experience, often meaning we can be involved from inception to completion of the project, even assisting a Developer with his exit if necessary.
