First Phase focuses on sourcing opportunities in the $15 million to $150 million range which often do not attract the attention of the institutional market and where pricing anomalies and therefore return on investment is often significantly greater. Setup by experienced banking, finance and property professionals, to develop a property-focused principal investment business, First Phase has since established itself as a respected, independent player in a niche market.
